Frequently asked questions

What should I bring?

Just comfortable clothes. Mats, cushions, bolsters and blankets are all there. For Yin, warm socks help, since you cool down lying still.

How do I book and pay?

Pick a class on the schedule page and leave your name and email. Your spot is then held. The confirmation email contains a Tikkie payment link for the right amount. If it is not paid within a day you get a reminder, and after that the spot is released.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Your confirmation email contains a cancellation link. Cancel more than 24 hours before class and the class goes back onto your card. After that the class is used up, though the spot is freed for someone else.

How long is a class card valid?

A card of 3 classes is valid for three months from the day you buy it.

Where are the classes?

At Yoga DNA, Hygiëaplein 7, 1076 RN Amsterdam Zuid. Tram 24 stops nearby and there is paid parking in the area.
